Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy is from Chaudhery Studio, a sole proprietorship owned by Muzamil Chaudhery, in Kot Addu, Punjab, Pakistan (muzamil@chaudhery.com, +92 333 6004141). It explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for Chaudhery Studio products.
Which products involve payment
- Rasikh (rasikh.ai) is free. Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
- ViralPK (viralpk.com) has a free Creator plan and paid subscription plans, Trend Hunter and Viral Strategist. The rest of this policy applies to those paid plans.
ViralPK billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as shown at the time of purchase, and are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes. Current prices are on the ViralPK pricing page.
Cancelling a ViralPK plan
You can request cancellation at any time from Account → Plan & Billing in ViralPK. Once the cancellation is approved, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then moves to the free Creator plan. You are not charged again after that.
Partial refunds are not issued for unused time within a billing period.
When a refund is possible
If a technical issue prevents you from using ViralPK, email support@viralpk.com within 7 days of the charge, with the email address on your account and a short description of the problem. Each case is reviewed individually, and refunds are issued at Chaudhery Studio's discretion.
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
When no refund is given
- Unused time within a billing period after you cancel.
- Unused monthly AI credits, which reset on the 1st of each month and do not carry over.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating the ViralPK Terms of Service or for fraudulent activity.
Projects and services
Custom project work, if any, is agreed separately in writing, including its own payment and refund terms.
